The IS&T of BRP-Rotax is in a transformation phase and the Manager Solutions Management & Architecture takes over the full responsibility of technical implementation projects.

What you can expect

Ownership for projects as well as enhancement and change requests
Delivery of functional design & development tasks in project execution
Delegation and supervision of work packages external partner base
Initiation of infrastructure design planning with Infrastructure Solutions Team
Lead Rotax Solution Management & Architecture Team with all disciplinary aspects stretching from regular 1:1’s, to team meetings, conflict management and triage with all involved parties
Establish work routines and common practices and identify educational demand and monitor execution. Cascade operational goals from own manager and promote a healthy and safe work environment
Monitor overall workload and backlog of tasks across own team. Engage with other functional IS&T managers as metrics or conversations indicate deviation from project or support related goals
Lead all technical aspects of software lifecycle from feasibility study to design, coding and testing
Ensure conformity of IS&T process with SOX and GDPR requirements

What you bring with you

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Applied Computer Science
At least 7 years’ experience in comparable IS&T role
Experience in global Business and IS&T organization with international project and support structure
ERP knowledge (SAP) paired with Solution Mgt. role in comparable Industry
Basis knowledge of IS&T Infrastructure and System Architecture
Business administration and process expertise in industrial business
Ability to grasp architectural design (current/future state)
Able to build and manage a multidisciplinary team
Good German and English language skills
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 70.500 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
