As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.- Group Operational and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) ensures the effective and holistic implementation as well as integration of NFR objectives. This comprises of steering, monitoring and development of NFR methods as well as the support regarding regulatory requirements and their impacts on NFR. Additionally, the regulatory capital charge calculation for Operational Risk and related reporting requirements for Erste Group are covered in the department.- Your Tasks- Support regulatory capital charge calculation and stress testing as well as regulatory reporting activities
- Support data analytics with respect to internal as well as external
- Optimization and automation of recurring tasks- Your Background- Ongoing studies with a focus on quantitative disciplines (e.g. Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics); preferably Master studies
- Experience in R (data manipulation, visualization and analysis), a basic knowledge of Python is considered as an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills, experience with dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI, RShiny, Plotly) considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English, basic German speaking skills- Our Offer- Exciting and challenging part-time internship (19.25h/week) as of January 2024 until December 2024
