AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Preclinical Development Manager (f/m/d).

**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**:

- You elaborate analytical methods required for non-clinical studies in collaboration with our external partners
- You will be involved in the design and interpretation of non-clinical pharmacology/pharmacokinetics/toxicology studies
- Provide sound evaluations interpretations of results in the context of preclinical data
- Prepare and review non-clinical sections of regulatory documents
- Evaluate potential in-licensing projects and give recommendations at project level
- Support submissions to health authorities and resolve preclinical issues

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate degree in analytical chemistry, (pharmaceutical) chemistry, or related degree
- Profound industry experience in analytical chemistry and the critical review of analytical study reports
- Experience in non-clinical drug development and knowledge of respective guidances beneficial
- Advanced scientific writing skills High degree of independence and responsibility for assigned projects
- Pro-active attitude, critical thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and presentations skills in English and German
