- You manage a project portfolio following harmonized processes to ensure the right decisions are made on portfolio spend while focusing on value delivered and alignment with our business strategy.
- Managing a project portfolio includes not only the processes, but also the tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate supporting our global and/or regional goals and strategies.

- Provide guidance and oversight for leads delivering portfolio activities

- Extensive experience in project and project portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organization.
- Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment.
- Experience in financial, organizational, risk and change management.

**What you need to know about this position**:
As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are managing together with your Manager the MEU Strategic Project Portfolio consisting of up to 80 highly strategic, transformational & cross functional projects spanning the whole of MEU region. You are responsible for the assessment, tracking and reporting of the portfolio as well as for the further development of our project and project portfolio management approach. Further you are driving the know how management within our organization and you are playing a key role in ensuring compliance to our European Operating Company Business Model.

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
**Education / Certifications **(Career Experience **)**:

- 5+ years in leadership roles in a function
- 5+ years in project management leadership roles in large complex projects, multi country experience
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders including senior management; skilled presenter
- University degree in business administration or similar

**Job specific requirements **(Functional Competencies)**:

- Skilled in Project Portfolio & Project Management
- Stakeholder Management, leadership with and without formal authority, good understanding about our company & business model & processes
- Fluent in English
- Strong Analytical skills
- MS office knowledge and digital affinity

**Travel requirements**:

- Up to several times per year

**We are flexible on locations in MEU**

**Mandatory information in Austria**:The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement Information & Consulting für Angestellte. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 65.000;
- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
