Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am **Standort Graz **im **Bereich R&D**, im** Geschäftsfeld Emission Measurement **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n zu uns passende/n **technische/n Projektleiter/in**.

**PROJECT MANAGER HARDWARE (M/W/D)**:

**DEIN AUFTRAG**:

- Beschäftige dich mit neuen Messmethoden und entwickle Abgasmessgeräte für die Werkstätten der Zukunft
- Leite Projekt
- und Produktentwicklungen von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung und darüber hinaus, stets mit dem Fokus des Kundennutzens
- Koordiniere ein multidisziplinares, agiles Projektteam und übernimm die Projektplanung hinsichtlich technischer Inhalte, Terminen und Ressourcen
- Nimm an Verbandstätigkeiten teil und trage aktiv zur sinnvollen Ausgestaltung künftiger Abgasgesetzgebungen bei
- Lass aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse in deine Arbeit einfließen und schlage so die Brücke zwischen Industrie und Wissenschaft
- Lebe unser agiles Mindset und setze deine Ideen im Rahmen der Produktentwicklungen mittels agiler Methoden um

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du hast eine fundierte technische Ausbildung an einer TU/FH abgeschlossen, z.B. im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o.ä.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Durchführung von mechatronischen Projekten mit und konntest dabei deine Leadership-Kompetenz erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Sensorik, Gas
- und Partikelmesstechnik sind von Vorteil
- Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Produktentwicklung und die Umsetzung innovativer Ideen führst du dein Team zum Erfolg
- Durch deinen eigenverantwortlichen, strukturierten Arbeitsstil wirst du deinen hohen Qualitätsansprüchen stets gerecht
- Deine Begeisterung für eine agile Arbeitsweise verbunden mit deinem Teamgeist steckt andere an
- Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation (auf Deutsch und Englisch) und bist dabei stets präzise und wertschätzend
