**Smaply** is run by **More than Metrics,** a software company in the field of customer experience management. Our software allows other companies to visualize, analyze and innovate the customer journey, making their services smoother and more human-friendly.

We have B2B customers in more than 90 countries. We are a small but mighty team of 22 folks with diverse backgrounds and 12 different nationalities. **YOUR ROLE IN THIS JOURNEY**

As our Infrastructure & Operations Support Specialist, you will take care of the following tasks:

- Management and continuous improvement of your MDM solution (VMWare Workspace One)
- You provide technical assistance (1st level support) to the team, including on-site and remote teammates, on hardware and software issues (mainly MacOS systems)
- You assist teammates in the onboarding process, set up their devices and make sure they comply with internal IT requirements
- You assist our team to revise access rights on a regular basis to ensure that we comply with ISO27001 requirements
- You keep an eye on the inventory of existing devices and help to make timely necessary purchases
- You plan and implement necessary changes to internal IT infrastructure (e.g. improve office WiFi Setup)

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- You are currently participating in, or have completed a relevant education program, preferably a university degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
- Ideally you have experience working with MacOS systems
- You’re fluent in English; German is a plus
- You enjoy working in a multicultural team
- You enjoy working in a partly remote environment
