**Company Description**:
**Are you a motivated and proactive team player with a service-oriented and structured way of working? Become part of the Media and Marketing Legal Team.**

In this exciting role, you’ll advise and support on all legal matters in relation to media productions and brand marketing activities (including media-buying, advertising, consumer activations, event sponsorships, etc.). You’ll advise on partnerships with media buying and advertising agencies, with event organizers, event sponsors and production companies. In addition, you’ll advice on consumer activations in various countries.

**LEGAL ADVICE IN THE AREA OF MEDIA, BRAND MAREKTING AND EVENT SPONSORSHIPS**

In this exciting role, you’ll support and advise managers on all legal questions in connection with media-, brand marketing and event sponsorship activities (third party events and Red Bull events). You’ll support and advise on media buying agency agreements, sponsorship agreements and on consumer activations in various countries.

**PRODUCTION SERVICE AGREEMENTS**

You’ll advise, draft, review and finalize production service agreements.

**LEGAL TRAINING & CONTRACT TEMPLATES**

You’ll draft and implement templates for core contracts and provide training to the business on how to complete templates and on key legal “watc outs”

**STRONG COLLABORATION WITH THE HEAD OF BUSINESS AFFAIRS**

You’ll align with the Head of Business Affairs on key topics like strategic priorities, legal templates and high-level risk assessment.

**ADMINISTRATION & RIGHTS MANAGEMENT**

You’ll support in organizational and administrative matters including rights management.

**Qualifications**:
2-4 years PQE (preferred) in a top tier law firm (with media and/or marketing focus), international TV production company, advertising agency (in-house counsel) or similar.

Experienced in drafting, revising and negotiating media and marketing related contracts in English

Excellent knowledge of copyright and media law

Good knowledge of international business standards in the media, marketing and advertising industry

Experience of working with different jurisdictions especially US or UK

Well-structured and precise way of working, top motivation, team player and service-oriented can-do attitude

Ability to problem solve and provide business solutions to legal issues

Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

**Additional Information**:
Education

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
