**About the Role**:
**Location: Graz / asap / Full-Time**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for the overall error management/solving/reporting process
- Definition and evaluation of KPIs for efficient control of the failure/error management
- Hosting of error meetings including all interface partners (testers and component responsible engineers)
- Monitoring and control of the error solving progress in the project
- Participation in the creation of the process standards for the error management process
- Conducting training sessions for staff on error management best practices
- Ensure a proper error handshake within all involved parties
- Report on error ticket status in project meetings/committees, including Top Management Meetings

**Who we are looking for**:

- Completed technical education (HTL / FH / TU) in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.
- Several years of professional experience as error manager, ideally in the electronics/automotive industry
- Tool knowledge in JIRA or ALM systems of great advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a bonus

**Your profile matters**

Your salary will be agreed on the basis of your qualification, professional experience and your future tasks. The minimum salary, depending on qualification is € 3.500 gross/month (14 x p.a.) on full-time basis. Depending on your professional experience, we are open to consider additional payment.
