**Scientist MS&T (f/m/d)**:

**About the role**

Location: Kundl,Tyrol, Austria
We are seeking a **Scientist MS&T(M/F/d )** to help us design, plan, perform, interpret and report results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances, drug products, processes and procedures within a multifunctional project team.
This role will work directly with the MS&T Analytical Lab Team and reports to the Senior Scientist MS&T/Lab Lead.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently plan, organize, perform and document scientific experiments for the development, implementation, optimization and transfer of analytical methods.
- Take over responsibility for and utilize special tools/equipment or specialized facilities as an expert; schedule and perform maintenance and qualification of instruments/equipment.
- Documentation of raw data, evaluation and interpretation of results; propose and actively support the design of next experiments; as well as review and verify raw data generated by others.
- Write protocols, scientific reports or lab procedures/SOPs.
- Recognize, communicate, address and solve unexpected results from analytical experiments.
- Develop new methods or optimize existing ones, and contribute to development and implementation of new technologies. Also transfer know-how to other departments or external contractors, including troubleshooting and onsite training.
- Perform information and literature searches, train and coach other colleagues, participate in projects, approve tests/experiments, etc.

**Role Requirements**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Master Degree. with first experience in a related field, or Bacherlor with sound relevant experience, or Apprenticeship in industry with extented experience.
- Good theoretical and scientific knowledge in the relevant area of expertise, e.g. chromatographic or protein separation techniques, and basic characterization knowledge.
- Proficient with laboratory and/or technical equipment, as well as with software and computer tools (DataSystems, e.g).
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment
- Proficiency in English & German both oral and written.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Project Management experience.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
