**_Web Content Delivery Manager (f/m/x) _**:

- Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking a motivated CMS Author to join our dynamic content team. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing content across our digital platforms using a Content Management System (CMS).**_Your mission at RBI:

- **_Content Strategy and Management: _**
- _Develop and implement content strategies for websites. _
- _Create, edit, and proofread web content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions. _
- _Conduct regular content audits to ensure all web content is up-to-date and accurate. _
- _Use content management systems (CMS) to publish and organize content. _
- _Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content management and SEO (together with our experts). _
- **_Collaboration and Optimization: _**
- _Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure content is optimized for user experience and SEO. _
- _Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices. _
- _Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and assets for content creation. _
- **_Performance Monitoring: _**
- _Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics to suggest content improvements. _
- _Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for content optimization. _
- _Make data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.**_Your core competencies:

- _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. _
- _Proven experience as a Web Content Manager or similar role. _
- _Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. _
- _Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager). _
- _Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. _
- _Strong understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics. _
- _Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. _
- _Excellent organizational and time-management skills. _
- _Strong communication and collaboration skills. _
- _Preferred Qualifications: _
- _Experience in Adobe Experience Manager. _
- _Knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). _
