**General Information**:

- You ensure that all reservations are processed properly
- You support the team in answering our internal and external telephone calls
- You act as an interface between all departments of the hotel and it gives you great pleasure to fulfil the wishes of our guests and make their stay with us more enjoyable
- You are familiar with our products and know about the hotel rooms, prices, promotions and amenities
- You are a team player and enjoy actively supporting our Reservations & Revenue Manager

**Required Skills**:
- Completed educational training in the hotel industry and/or 1-2 years of experience, ideally in the luxury hotel industry, are an advantage
- You enjoy contact with guests
- Your language skills in German and English are very good and you feel comfortable using both languages
- You can handle MS Office programmes and ideally also have experience with the Opera Property Management System
