Stellenbeschreibung
- Sie sind für die Koordination des unterstellen E/E Teams hinsichtlich Design, Packaging & Funktion zuständig
- Sie planen, steuern und kontrollieren die technischen E/E Projekttätigkeiten

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung o.ä. Fachrichtung (HTL, FH, TU)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automotiven HV-Komponenten Umfeld erforderlich
- Erfahrungen im Bereich HV Energiespeicherentwicklung/Absicherung/Produktion wünschenswert
- Verständnis der funktionalen Zusammenhängen im HV-Batteriesystem und deren Schnittstellen zum Gesamtfahrzeug
- Systematische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- und Problem-Management sowie Teamführung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-& Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Selbstmotivation & Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neue Themen
- Elektrofachkraft Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Zusätzliche Informationen
Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 2.760;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
