**About You**

We are searching for a Product Manager with a passion for understanding the user's problems and working iteratively with a team on finding the perfect solution. As a Product Manager at goUrban, you will help solve the key challenges around fleet management for fleet operators using our SaaS platform to provide new mobility services. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of 5 developers, 1 product designer, and 1 software tester.

**As our Product Manager, you will**
- Take full ownership of our Fleet Management product of the goUrban OS, including:

- Helping our clients (fleet operators) to provide a high-quality service to their users
- Bring key fleet management features necessary for successful new mobility services to our SaaS platform
- Work closely with our data team to understand costs of vehicle ownership
- Make the real savings in emissions visible through new mobility services to our clients
- Talk to our existing and potential clients to understand key challenges
- Validate potential solution to challenges frequently with stakeholders
- Validate the business impact of solutions on the business of our clients
- Travel to our customers and conduct feedback talks regularly.
- Align with our CTO to develop your product vision and strategy
- Gain a deep understanding of new mobility solutions, identify and fill product gaps
- Thoughtfully define and communicate project goals, requirements, and constraints
- Work with your team to discover and deliver innovative features
- Drive and monitor product launches, ensuring a high level of quality

**What we are looking for**
- Proven experience in tech product development or similar
- A strong technical background, either through a technical university degree or acquired through your line of work
- Great understanding of agile work methodology
- Experience in using brainstorming and prioritization frameworks (exp.: Impact-Effort-Matrix, Mind Maps, etc.)
- A collaborative approach: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams
- An empathic team member
- A very good communicator and loves to do presentations
- Asks the right questions to understand the true problem of users
- A highly analytical/strategic personality
- An impact-driven personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
