Our quant development team is working on a new and ambitious product in the Cloud, called the model platform. Its aim is to provide unified and state-of-the-art facilities for users to develop, run, and operationalize models of any kind.

We are now looking for a Product Owner with desirable commodities or financial markets experience to steer how this product evolves. If you are looking for a role, which is at the borders of the following 3 areas - Commodities trading, Quantitative finance, and Technology - and you find that fascinating, this role is designed for you

**What you will do**
- Develop product roadmap for our quantitative model platform
- Liaise with user groups and stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities from front office, risk management, and IT
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests
- Set sprint goals, follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze problems and requests, and propose solution approaches
- Plan new features and releases together with quant development team

**What you bring & who you are**
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
- You have several years of work experience as a Product Owner or on similar role in product management, preferably with commodity/financial markets background
- You have some understanding of financial instruments, as well as of the basic quantitative finance terms
- You have experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban as well as a hands-on experience with all stages of the product life cycle in an agile environment
- You own a strong knowledge of agile project and software development life cycle management, test management and product development in general
- You have effective analytical skills with the ability to pull data from various sources and provide insights on that data
- You possess excellent relationship building, consultation and influencing skills
- You enjoy working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- You are fluent in English, German is considered a plus
