Traffic Analyst (M/F/d)

You are responsible for the complete handling of transports (sea / land / air) and communicate with our customers and partners worldwide. You can expect independent, varied, and responsible tasks in a young and motivated team.

Primary areas of duties and responsibilities include:

- Transport handling as well as cooperation with the departments of purchasing, production, sales and external partners (Chamber of Commerce, customs, forwarding agencies, etc.).
- Preparation of customs and transport documents (import & export).
- Processing of customs documents, export declarations, shipping documents, supplier declarations, as well as certificates of origin.
- Freight cost agreements (coordination with customers/suppliers & freight forwarders).
- Processing of letters of credit and documentary collection.
- Processing of complaints.
- Project handling.
- Optimization of export/import logistics.
- Purchase of packaging material.

**Requirements**:

- Completed commercial training (HAK) or training in the field of forwarding/transportation.
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics or order processing in an internationally active company.
- Sound knowledge of Incoterms & customs regulations.
- Customer-oriented and structured way of working.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Good IT skills (MS-Office and ERP systems).
- Customer-oriented and open-minded personality.
- Team player & sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure, creative and flexible.

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 41.390,02 p.a. upwards - overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
