**Talent Community Analytics**:
In der Talent Community Analytics sind die Rollen sehr breit gefächert. Zwischen Data Analysten über Data Engineers bis hin zu IoT- und AI-Experten gibt es einerseits viele Überschneidungen aber auch viele Alleinstellungsmerkmale. Was ist Deine Rolle im Team?
- Entwicklung von Projekten und Kundenbeziehungen und Teilnahme an anspruchsvollen Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Verantwortung für die technische Planung, Steuerung und aktive Begleitung von herausfordernden Data Plattform und Analytics Projekten.
- Organisation von Anforderungs
- und technischen Designworkshops und Entwicklung von Lösungen, zusammen mit dem Kunden und unserem Team, die begeistern und nachweisbar Mehrwert liefern.
- Erarbeitung von Konzeptideen und Lösungen, welche die Basis für den späteren Projekterfolg legen.
- Verantwortung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Unterstützung deiner Vertriebskolleg: innen bei der Gewinnung von neuen Kunden und Projekten.
- Weitergabe deines Wissen und deiner (Projekt) Erfahrungen an unser Team und Verantwortung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Consultants.
- Leitung von Webinars und Vorträgen auf Fachveranstaltungen, Veröffentlichung von Blogartikeln und aktive Unterstützung unserer Positionierung am Markt.

Was bringst Du mit?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Architekt im Umfeld von Datenplattformen und Analytics Projekten unter Verwendung der Azure Data Services
- Praktische Erfahrung mit der Modellierungstechnik und Architektur von Data Vault 2.0 Lösungen
- Sehr gute Erfahrung bei der Bereitstellung von Datenmodellen und -strukturen gemä den Methoden und Konzepten von Data Vault 2.0
- Kenntnisse in konventionellen Datenmodellierungstechniken (normalisierte, dimensionale, konzeptionelle/physikalische/logische Datenmodelle usw.)
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Pre-Sales und Kundenworkshops sowie Schulungen bei denen du stets freundlich und professionell gegenüber unseren Kund: innen auftrittst
- Freude an neuen und komplexen Herausforderungen, sowie am Arbeiten in einem divers aufgestellten Team
- Reisebereitschaft (in Absprache mit dir)
- Flieende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch & in Englisch (Minimum Level B2/C1)
