Our core competences are materials research and process technology along the complete value chain - from raw material to finished products. We develop methods and basics and perform applied research on the economy-science interface, in order to enable resource-efficient management in the circular bioeconomy

Within our research activities, we are looking for a

**Master Thesis (f/m/d)**:
**Overall project goals**:
***Your Tasks**:

- Expression and purification of recombinant enzymes
- Characterisation of purified enzymes on reference materials
- Process optimisation of enzymatic hydrolysis
- Application of enzymes on polymers and used têxtiles

**Your Qualifications**:

- Student in biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, etc.
- Proficient in working with microorganisms
- Experience with enzyme purification is advantageous
- Creativity, motivation and teamwork skills are essential
