**Your Challenge**
Greiner Packaging is a global player with two business units, Packaging and Assistec. In the position of CFO, you will be responsible for the financial performance of the Greiner Packaging division with more than 20 locations worldwide and drive the success of the company. You will focus your actions on EBIT, ROCE and FCF and pursue the following tasks:

- **Strategy development and implementation**
In close cooperation with our CEO, you will define and implement the divisional strategy. You will be responsible for all financial processes within the division, including financial planning, reporting and risk management.
- **Efficient use of capital and compliance**
You will ensure that the capital employed is used profitably and efficiently (e.g. for investments). You are responsible for ensuring that the division's financial status is reported to Greiner AG in accordance with IFRS. You ensure compliance with legal, tax and financial regulations within the division.
- **M&A**
You will support the divisional M&A projects in close cooperation with Greiner AG.
- **Functional excellence in the subordinate CFO functions**
In close cooperation with the responsible functions at Greiner AG, you will drive the continuous development of functional excellence and digitalization in the departments and work together with the functions reporting indirectly to the CFO on the standardization and continuous improvement of processes. You provide clear guidelines to the more than 20 local sites worldwide.
- **Close coordination with CFO Group functions of Greiner AG**
You are proactively in close coordination with the CFO of Greiner AG and the finance department of Greiner AG in order to effectively coordinate Group-wide initiatives and implement them in your own area of responsibility (division). This includes regular exchange and close coordination with the Finance, Controlling, Legal, Tax and IT departments.
- **Digital strategy and project management**
You will develop and coordinate the implementation of a holistic digital strategy for the division. Your area of responsibility includes the establishment and continuous improvement of a state-of-the-art Project Management Office (PMO).

**Your Profile**
- **Professional qualification**
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification and have several years of corporate experience in finance or controlling. Experience with M&A and management experience are an advantage.
- **Strategic thinking and leadership skills**
You have experience in the development and implementation of corporate strategies. Your leadership experience enables you to motivate and lead teams and act as a change agent.
- **Financial expertise and compliance**
Sound knowledge of controlling, performance management and risk management is essential. You are very familiar with legal and tax regulations.
- **Communication and networking skills**
Your excellent communication skills enable you to communicate with all relevant stakeholders at eye level. You understand how to convey complex issues in a target group-oriented manner. You build and maintain internal and external networks to promote continuous improvement and benchmarking.
