**Responsibilities Include**:
Ensure delivery on all project phases from business requirements, planning, analysis, process design, testing and training, including:
Move from Legacy Onboarding to Taleo
Monthly releases for the implementation of new features and enhancements
TCC scripts for mass data updates, data migration, etc.
Ensure project sponsors and core team members are prepared in advance on their roles and responsibilities as well as understand the tasks and major milestones of a project
Ensure the HR teams are adequately trained and prepared to support the launch and life of a product or new features; teams include but are not limited to: contact center, production support, reporting, etc.
- **Skills Required**:
Technical/Functional Taleo resource with expert knowledge of the current Taleo releases for:
Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE)
Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS)
TCC Scripts
OBIEE (preferred)
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Defining solutions in an iterative manner (eg prototyping with the business and getting feedback), and keeping documentation current
Documenting solution design (eg configuration workbook for releases)
Testing through all phases
Troubleshooting as part of post-production support
B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
8+ yrs. HRIS/ Systems Business Analysis experience with deploying global ATS systems
Strong understanding of standard recruiting processes
Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
Must be a self-starter, independent, team-player, proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
Demonstrated capacity for gathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

**Ability to travel up to 75% is required. Public Sector experience preferred.**
