**Summary**:
Location: Tyrol, Austria Role Purpose: The Administrative Professional is responsible for the provision of high quality and consistent administrative service in both a global and local context that is aligned with site requirements.

**About the Role**:

- Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Responsible for general administrative support tasks and maintaining and improving administrative processes.
- Other tasks include: creating department and signature lists, organization of events e.g. Town Halls, internal Meetings, on/off sites, the preparation of investments (process and guidance for line function), equipment/office goods management, managing shipments, the organization of business travel and management of Senior Management schedules etc.
- Informs, advises and supports the team and employees both internally and externally on department-specific processes, policies and services.
- Work processes in your own area of responsibility: Supports the optimization of current processes and/or the introduction of new or changed processes.
- Supervision tasks: Ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios in relation to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Planning of office requirements and managing Contracts with all contractual partners
- Essential Requirements:
- It is essential that the successful incumbent speaks both German and English.
- We require someone who is Digitally & Technologically savvy, specifically skilled with digital tools and experience of ERP systems.
- You will be skilled in operational performance and change management along with Franchise Strategy Prioritization and a good knowledge of organizational structures and working practices.
- Experience of Cross-border cooperation along with Cross-cultural experience is also required.

For this position the minimum salary is €43,548.40/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
