**Product Operations Manager I Platform & Data (m/w/x)**

- Als Product Operations Manager Platform & Data (m/w/x) arbeiten Sie an der Organisation und Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen CRM-Systeme, CRM Data Analytics und Consent Management im größten händler
- und branchenübergreifenden Multipartner-Kundenbindungsprogramm Österreichs. Dabei spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Definition und Priorisierung von Anforderungen und agieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder.

**STELLENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Überprüfung von Anforderungen, Dokumentationen und Lösungsvorschlägen
- Bewertung vorgeschlagener Lösungen (lokale Machbarkeitsprüfung)
- Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Begleitung der Weiterentwicklung bei CRM-Systemen
- Screening von bestehenden Demands zur ganzheitlichen Priorisierung
- Regelmäßiges und strukturiertes Reporting an die Stakeholder
- User Acceptance Testing der umgesetzten Lösungen
- Selektion von zur Analyse nötigen Daten
- Mitarbeit bei Erstellung von Datenmodellen
- Erstellung von Projekt-Dokumentation sowie Release-Notes
- Unterstützung der Bereiche bei Optimierungen von Prozessen

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B.: HTL, FH, Uni)
- Erste Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden/Projektmanagement (z.B.: Scrum, Kanban)
- Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement Tools (z.B.: Confluence, Jira)
- Erfahrungen im technischen Bereich, insbesondere von CRM-Systemen von Vorteil (z.B. Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit komplexe Systeme zu verstehen
- Affinität zu Daten und Datenmodellen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
