In this role with global impact, your main focus is on calculating commissions for the Emarsys commercial organization worldwide.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Commissions calculations
- Prepare, analyze and audit commercial organization commission calculations on a monthly basis
- Prevent over/under payments and identify potential discrepancies
- Track, research and resolve commission discrepancies and disputes by working with multiple departments within the organization - follow-up to ensure all statements are approved by the predetermined payroll deadline
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for management,
- Document all processes and maintain well organized share-file structure

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Educational background ideally in Finance/Controlling, Business Administration, Economics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in EXCEL
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent performance in time constrained and team environments
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
