**Commercial Product Manager (M/F/d), Sandoz Global B2B, Kundl, Austria**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy for different B2B products / product groups with focus on (but not limited to) Respiratory, incl. near-term action plans to be executed in collaboration with GPS Managers & Commercial Directors.
- Identify opportunities and provide commercial guidance to GPS Managers & Commercial Directors (through commercial, technical & medical key information) for the assigned Product Portfolio, by compiling information from internal stakeholders and external Market-Intel.
- Conduct market analysis for relevant products (volume/price development across regions, competitors as well as market share developments, etc.), incl. continuous assessment of tools to improve market intelligence
- Propose and execute promotional activities, e.g. in case of production process enhancements or for expansion into new territories
- Lead forecast/order discussions and price negotiations for the product group together with Commercial Directors & GPS Managers
- Draw commercial conclusions for the assigned products / product groups based on a deep understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing setup (incl. ongoing investments / investment plans, process/technology changes, etc.).
- Gather and structure input for product group relevant business cases, e.g. to facilitate investments in production facilities
- Build & retain product and process know how in close collaboration with colleagues from the Technical Competence Center and disseminate in B2B (e.g. via introduction trainings)
- Coordinate technical document exchange with customers in collaboration with Commercial Directors and Technical Competence Center
- Liaise with stakeholders in Sandoz Division to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall product group performance and strategies within Sandoz
- Provide regular product group performance reporting to management
- Participate in financial budgeting and forecasting cycles to review/calibrate product group financials across markets and customers

**Minimum Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 5-7 years broad commercial and/or project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry either at a commercial or development site and/or in related functions, ideally including experience in global functions
- Thorough product & medical know-how of Respiratory products
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical or food/FMCG industry processes
- Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very strong informal leadership skills
- Ability to bridge between scientific, technical and business participants for effective collaboration
- Very good commercial knowledge of the Generics business
- Experience of working within a global pharmaceutical organization, comfortable working in multi‐cultural and diverse teams
- Ability to work across boundaries with cross-functional teams and locations, internally and externally

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Thorough understanding of (generic) pharmaceutical, with proven track-record on product management as well as commercial & sales activities in a complex and rapidly changing business environment successfully, preferably >2 years Sandoz/Novartis experience in e.g. commercial, development and/or manufacturing function
- University degree in business, natural sciences, engineering or related field; strong operations experience preferred in Generics or FMCG business
