**Be at the forefront of AI-driven precision immunology for drug discovery**:
Immune-mediated diseases affect hundreds of millions of people world-wide, but less than 12% of new drugs reach approval, largely due to insufficient pre-clinical understanding of the complex underlying disease biology.

You will be joining a pre-seed stage techbio company aimed at disrupting drug discovery in the immunology space - by precisely understanding disease biology through iterative, causal discovery starting from realistic primary patient models. Our founders have authored several landmark publications in the precision medicine space, previously have had major impact in precision cancer medicine including a prior venture (Allcyte), and built a unique translational research program in a large pharmatech drug discovery company. As natives of both tech and bio spaces we deeply appreciate the unique irreducible challenges that come with both.

Consider joining us if you want to co-create innovative tech that addresses a critical unsolved problem at the root of drug discovery: effectively exploring the causal mechanisms of disease through more realistic models prior to designing therapeutics.

**Your role**:

- Support research activities and assay development, in particular with I&I primary human samples.
- Support laboratory workflows such as primary sample processing, cellular and molecular biology assay performance and scalability, DNA/RNA and NGS library preparation.
- Maintain detailed records while helping to establish protocols together with our systems immunologists.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Be part of a flat cross-functional team that deeply appreciates the challenges of each domain and is determined to make a dent.

**Your profile**:

- Experienced biological research assistant with a background in cellular and molecular biology or a related field.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, tissue culture, and basic molecular biology techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. German is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills when it comes to working with multi-omics data.

**Why us?**:

- The opportunity to be part of a pioneering, highly collaborative team with a purpose.
- Healthy participatory culture from the beginning: you will significantly shape company decisions, culture, and strategy.
- A compensation package including salary, benefits, and an early equity stake with substantial long-term upside.

This is a full-time on site position. The base of operations will be in the Klosterneuburg area on the ISTA campus, roughly 30 minutes outside of Vienna - there is a free shuttle from Vienna.

**About us**:
Graph is a precision immunology techbio that leverages perturbation modeling from primary patient cell samples combined with multi-omics data to deliver transformative targeted therapies and biomarkers for immune-driven diseases. Graph believes that due to an incomplete understanding of complex immune-mediated diseases, millions of patients are left without adequate treatment options - and AI trained with complex disease data can solve this.
