**MANAGER CONTROLLING AND BI EEMEA**:

- The Manager Controlling and Compliance EEMEA supports the Senior Manager Controlling & Compliance as well as the Head of Finance for the financial controlling and consolidation within the region according to local and international standards. Various reports and communication with the finance departments in EEMEA and the Headquarter in Germany for timely delivery of information are a main priority. Besides, the role will need to ensure the adequate tax treatment and entries in the ERP system and provide decision making proposals and recommendations to senior management.
The Manager Controlling and Compliance EEMEA prepares the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting within the EEMEA region with a focus on accounting, compliance and tax.

The position reports and communicates with the finance department as well as serves as a business partner in the field of an international finance function. The role will further enrich the complete finance function of our holding including controlling, accounting, tax and treasury and decision-making proposals and recommendations to senior management.Be responsible for the regular controlling activities according to the financial calendar in alignment with the global HQ and international counterparts within the EEMEA region.
- Provide timely, meaningful and accurate (ad hoc) analyses that give insights and support decision-making of the senior management team.
- Highlight problem areas and recommend corrective actions and areas for improvement.
- Take active part in the planning and budgeting process for the Region EEMEA.
- Manage risk management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participating in the M&A developments within the Region
- In the absence of Global BI Reporting standard/formats, the Manager BI EEMEA is responsible to develop the appropriate BI reporting suite for EEMEA, SEA and Oceanian Countries - based on global KPI definition (Global Controlling).
- Constantly improve the Subsidiary Reporting framework for PUMA Austria
- Drive change management and adoption of BI reports together with the Global Business Intelligence team and the BI teams in the EEMEA, SEA and Oceania regions.
- Ensure data quality and harmonize BI requirements within PUMA Austria

**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education***: University degree in Finance/Accounting

**Experience***:3-5 years of experience in a Finance, Controlling or Accounting & Tax position

**Specialized skills***:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- International accounting standards knowledge
- Ideally tax know-how
- SAP and Hyperion knowledge preferable

**Capabilities***:
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Strong communication skills
- High commitment and cost awareness
- Ability to work in teams
