Als Financial Analyst (all genders) bist du ein wichtiges Teammitglied des „Industrials“ Sektor-Teams innerhalb der Abteilung Large Corporates mit Fokus auf Großkunden der Transport & Logistik Industrie. Das Industrials Team besteht aus 5 Kundenbetreuer:innen sowie 5 Analyst:innen und betreut Kunden aus den Subsektoren „Transport & Logistics“, „Automotive“, sowie Machinery“. Unser Betreuungsansatz kombiniert Industriespezialisierung mit regionalem Fokus sowie Produktexpertise, um in einen strategischen Dialog mit den Entscheidungsträgern unserer Kunden zu treten. In dieser Funktion unterstützt du den/die Kundenbetreuer:in als Hauptansprechpartner:in nach außen und begleitest alle kundenbezogenen Aktivitäten. Eine weitere Schlüsselaufgabe ist die enge Zusammenarbeit mit diversen externen und internen Stakeholdern, sowie die Koordinierung von Geschäftsaktivitäten mit Kolleg:innen in den Sparkassen sowie in CEE. Bei deiner Beschäftigung mit der Industrie ist es von hoher Bedeutung, die Branche und ihre Trends, Wachstums-, Innovations
- und Risikofaktoren zu kennen und zu verstehen, wobei du dich auf die für unsere Region relevanten Geschäftsbereiche konzentrierst.

**Deine Tasks**:

- Als Financial Analyst unterstützt du den/die Kundenbetreuer:in, der/die als zentrale Ansprechpartner:in für unsere nationalen und internationalen Firmengroßkunden fungiert und mit dem Management in direktem und kontinuierlichem Kontakt steht
- Unterstützung des/der Kundenbetreuer:in bei der Akquisition von Kunden und der Anbahnung neuer Geschäfte
- Erstellung von Kreditanträgen, Transaktionsanträgen sowie Screening Notes
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung einer gruppenweiten Branchenstrategie für den Transport & Logistik Sektor
- Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit allen relevanten internen Stakeholdern (Produkt, CEE-Länder, Risikomanagement, Rechtsabteilung,...)
- Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Analysen für die relevanten Gremien als Grundlage für die Entscheidungsträger der Bank
- Finanz
- und Marktanalyse für das jeweilige Kundenportfolio

**Dein Background**:

- Hochschulabschluss / Masterabschluss von Vorteil
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft oder anderen relevanten Bereichen
- Gute Kenntnisse von Finanz-, Bank
- und Kapitalmarktprodukten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse bei Analysen von Jahresabschlüssen (Bilanz, Gewinn & Verlustrechnung, Cash-Flow Rechnung)
- Interesse Branchenwissen aufzubauen / bzw. zu erweitern
- Sicheres Auftreten in Kundensituationen
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
- Teamplayer in multidisziplinären und interkulturellen Transaktionsteams
