**DIE STELLE**

Wir suchen Unterstützung für unser multidisziplinäres Team im Bereich in vivo Pharmakologie eingebettet in unsere, auf Entwicklung innovativer Wirkstoffe zur Behandlung von Krebs-Erkrankungen spezialisierte, Arzneimittelforschung. Als Teil eines engagierten Teams, bestehend aus 4 Tierpfleger/innen und 4 Reinigungskolleg/-innen, stellen Sie die Versorgung unserer Mäuse in unserer AAALAC akkreditierten Tierhaltung sicher. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in geregelten Arbeitszeiten und haben keine Wochenend
- und Feiertagsdienste. Zudem bieten wir Ihnen eine Vielzahl von anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten (viele davon in Räumen mit Tageslicht) sowie eine umfassende Einarbeitung und regelmäßige Weiterbildungen.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**
- Selbständige Versorgung und Pflege von Mäusen in einer hochmodernen experimentellen Haltung in einer SPF-Barriere mit Luftduschen (umsetzen, füttern, tränken, Gesundheitskontrollen)
- Selbständige Koordination der Logistik (Bestellung, Lagerhaltung, Einschleusen, Bereitstellung von Tierhaltungsmaterial)
- Koordination und gelegentliche Unterstützung der Reinigung und Instandhaltung sowie der Laborinfrastruktur und Labororganisation der Tierhaltung
- Betreuung von Geräten und Organisation der Reparaturen und Wartungen sowie Optimierung der Routineabläufe und Etablierung neuer Methoden und Geräte
- Dokumentation und Datenerfassung im Rahmen gesetzlicher Aufzeichnungspflichten sowie der Arbeiten in der Tierhaltung
- Mitverantwortlichkeit für Arbeitssicherheit im Labor und aktive Unterstützung von 3R (Replace, Reduce and Refine) Maßnahmen

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tierpfleger/-in, bevorzugt mit Fachrichtung Forschung
- Erfahrung in der Haltung, Pflege und Versorgung von Mäusen (SPF Barriere) und Tierhausmanagement
- Interesse an weiterführenden Arbeiten, wie Erlernen von Applikationstechniken und Mitwirkung bei Versuchen
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team gepaart mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit, Geschicklichkeit & Zuverlässigkeit
- EDV-Grundkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 32.655,28 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit), wobei das tatsächliche Gehalt Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen sowie Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen berücksichtigt.
