RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent and personal customer service in-person and online
- Coordinating and handling requests online and of our VIP customers at our showroom
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with key customers through personal engagement and individual approach
- Creation and analysis of customer profiles & customer journeys
- Conduct customer satisfaction and find ways on how to improve the customer experience and relationship
- Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant with a premium/luxury brand
- High customer service standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical approach with great attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work independently
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of a third language is preferred
- Must identity with the aesthetic of the brand
