**Your responsibilities**:

- Technical and disciplinary personnel management and development of the assigned team and shift leaders
- Process optimisation, standardisation and improvement in the production area
- Process development and series transition for new products
- Definition and initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Providing the necessary information and ensuring parts availability
- Ensuring compliance with existing safety regulations
- Further development of the team
- Coordination of cooperation and interfaces

**Your background**:

- Completed education (HTL/FH/TU), specializing in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with management responsibility
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
- Confident handling of MS-Office and ERP systems
- Commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working, solution-oriented thinking and acting
