Erste Group’s Cyber Defense Center provides security services for Austria and our CEE entities, with a strong focus on protecting data. We are performing a broad array of security activities and are responsible for maintaining a secure IT landscape, especially in the digital banking area. - Educational background, experience or solid overall IT knowledge and understanding
- Experience or a strong interest in the field of IT security
- Keen awareness of emerging innovations and trends in the cybersecurity domain
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and technical information
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address security issues
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication within an international team with 20+ nationalities
