**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You develop together with internal clients and suppliers the content, methodology and delivery approach of learning products (including e-learning solutions)
- You ensure a smooth sourcing and delivery of training according to the company's training procedure and you coordinate internal and external partners.
- You align and monitor training budgets and costs and you contribute in developing the group wide learning portfolio
- You monitor and evaluate effectiveness, success and ROI of training measures and implement improvement measures.
- You discuss training needs with stakeholders and product owners and offer corresponding state of the art learning solutions.
- You understand the systems used as well as the learning processes and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- You drive the continuous improvement of our learning products by watching market trends and best practices in training management.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Human Resources education or relevant field
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- You speak fluent English, German and/or Romanian would be useful
- Experience of working in a Role looking after training projects and products particularly graduate programs is useful
- You are organized and able to drive your own workload
- You are communicative
- You can manage stakeholders at all levels
