**What you will do**
- Tasks of administrators for laboratory equipment:

- Administration of laboratory equipment.
- Qualification of laboratory equipment and maintaining the qualified condition of the systems (periodic review, periodic requalification, internal and external calibration).
- Support in the preparation of user requirement specifications (URS).
- User management / administration and training of users.
- System monitoring (check of any changes to the device, device parameters, users, abnormalities, backup routines, device specifics).
- Audit trail review.
- Software updates/Patching and troubleshooting.
- Tasks of LIMS Administrator:

- User management and training of users.
- Monitoring system performance, periodic reviews and troubleshooting.
- Development of functionalities / projects (including documentation of URS, risk assessments, etc.) and validation activities related to LIMS.
- Master data creation/changes/maintenance.
- Further tasks:

- Administration, system monitoring and maintenance for other lab systems including support of establishment of new systems e.g., Chromeleon software.
- Excel validations activities.
- Assurance of data integrity in QC.
- Participation in validation / qualification projects in QC.
- Participation in the further development and improvement of quality processes at the site.
- Support during audits and inspections by authorities.

**What you will need**
- Completed scientific/technical education in pharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical-related field (IT, engineering, chemistry, biology, biotechnology).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
- High level of initiative, high quality awareness and effective communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and German (written and oral).
