**What you will be doing**
- Support the good functioning of the hotel in order to improve the customer experience Make minor and major repairs to the hostel equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.
- Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and keep track of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Material needs a report for maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing.
- Ensure that all rooms are serviced according to standards.
- Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.
- Deal with complaints/requests from clients with professionalism and patience Guarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and night
- Report any irregularities in the Location Manager property Support for the management of suppliers.

**What you need for the role**
- Prior experience in Hotel/Hostels
- Work under pressure
- Multitasking
- Experience in Maintenance and Cleaning activities
- Client service skills
