**AUFGABEN**:
Sie fungieren als Leitung des Workplace and Cloud Services Teams mit der technischen Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und den Support der Arbeitsplatzumgebung (Laptops, Desktops, Drucker, Mobile Devices, Netzwerk,...) sowie Cloud Lösungen (Azure) in der bank99. Zu den Hauptaufgaben zählen die Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebes durch die Führung der Mitarbeiter*innen und externen Lieferanten (Priorisierung von Aufgaben, die technische und strategische Konzeptionierung, die Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Vorgaben betreffend Sicherheit und Compliance) und das Providermanagement (Provider, Cloudprovider, Lizenzen, Wartungsverträge).

Zudem erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

- Führung von aktuell 7 Mitarbeiter*innen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT User Support Teams (1st + 2nd Level)
- Support und Troubleshooting, Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und Problems (ITIL)
- Unterstützen und Schaffen der Rahmenbedingungen bei der Problemlösung gemeinsam mit Expert*innen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Kommunikative Ansprechperson für das Team, interne wie externe Stakeholder bzw. Lieferanten
- Bereitstellung der Workplace Services inkl. Priorisierung im Team
- Sicherstellung der fortlaufenden Dokumentation
- Projektleitung bei der Evaluierung, Einbindung und Installation neuer Client-Server-Applikationen im Windows-Umfeld
- Prozessverantwortung für ITIL Incident
- und Problemmanagement
- Vertragsmanagement und Lieferantensteuerung
- Lizenzmanagement im Clientumfeld
- SLA-Management / - reporting
- Sicherstellung der IT-Governance & -Compliance im Umfeld Workplace

**ANFORDERUNGEN**:
Sie haben Freude an der Sicherstellung von Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung unseres Arbeitsplatzes in einem agilen Umfeld sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen betreffend Teamfähigkeiten und technischen Anforderungen? Darüber hinaus bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter*innenführung sowie fundierte Projektleitungserfahrung
- Universitätsabschluss (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliches) von Vorteil
- Einschlägiges Wissen über Userverwaltungs
- und Mailingsysteme sowie Providersteuerung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Server Betriebssysteme (Windows)
- Outlook / Exchange sowie Active Directory Know How
- Agile Arbeitsmethoden und Tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
- ServiceDesk-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrung mit Cloudservices (Atlassian, MS Azure)
- ITIL Kenntnisse (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Releasemgmt)
- Client Know How (Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices)
- Mobile Device Management
- Konzeptionierung von Arbeitsplatzlösungen
- Zielführende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
