Wrisk is reinventing insurance for today's digital consumer based on a vision that insurance ought to be simple, transparent and personal. The insurance platform developed by Wrisk combines the best customer experience, modern technology, insurance know-how and a unique distribution strategy for the automotive sector. Having already created differentiated insurance experiences in the UK for brands like BMW, MINI, Volvo and heycar, Wrisk is now looking to expand platform capability to target other markets, initiatives and territories.

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer, who will be responsible for shaping and communicating our brand identity and value proposition to both business partners and investors. You will collaborate closely with the design, product, HR and commercial teams to develop visually compelling and engaging promotional materials and brand assets to ensure brand consistency across various channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to effectively communicate our unique offerings and brand values.

You will also have the opportunity to take on more complex projects and responsibilities within the UI/UX design team, where you will focus on creating intuitive user experiences for our digital products and platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing presentations, slideware, and co-branded promotional materials to support business development efforts.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and branded merchandise.
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for social media content and other marketing collateral.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer or brand/marketing designer.
- Fluent in industry standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), etc.
- A strong understanding of branding principles, layout, and typography, and the ability to turn complex information into clean, easy-to-understand design solutions.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, and UI/UX design work (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile and cross-functional environment.
- A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
