Was DICH erwartet
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Data Science Projekten im E-Commerce Umfeld
Prozessoptimierung auf Basis statistischer Analysemethoden
Optimierung und Selektion von Direktmarketing-Kampagnen
Durchführung von Ad-Hoc-Analysen
Konzeption von Dashboards zur Datenvisualisierung
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung unseres Data Warehouses
Begleitung von Projekten als Datenexperte sowie Vertiefung in individuelle Interessensfelder (z.B. On-Premise
- oder Cloud-basierte Tech-Stack)
Was wir von DIR erwarten
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit analytischem Bezug (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Statistik o.Ä.) oder facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Business Intelligence / Data Science bzw. in der Analyse von Online Marketing Daten

**Von Vorteil**: Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen, Datenbankabfragen in SQL bzw. praktische Erfahrungen in einer Statistik-Modellierungssprache wie R oder Python
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Selbstmotivation zur verantwortungsvollen Bearbeitung komplexer Problemstellungen
Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Teamplayer mit selbstständiger, systematischer & genauer Arbeitsweise
