Our client is a global leader in the design and distribution of innovative implantable medical devices that improve the quality of life of patients all over the globe. As part of an initiative to greatly expand the company's portfolio of products and services, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an ERP Application Support.

**Main responsibilities**:

- First and Second level ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) support. Other business solutions for the headquarter of the company or its branches.

(Creating and managing permissions, training of the users, troubleshooting and creation of profiles(users)
- A person who analyzes the upcoming user-requirements and supports the implementation through different stages - definition, implementation,

validation(also in collaboration with external Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners), documentation
- supervise and analyze the system health of the interface and of the business solutions

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education in IT, Business Informatics, Industrial engineering
- 5 - 10 years of experience in administration or Support of ERP systems(Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central is a plus)
- Good knowledge of the ERP processes - purchasing, finance, sales, manufacturing, warehousing
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- both written and spoken, good English knowledge - both written and spoken
- Talkative and positive approach, responsible person with analytical skills
