In unserer Österreich Zentrale in Wien Liesing gelangt folgende spannende Position zur Besetzung

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen- Unterstützung des Montageleiterteams in sämtlichen operativen und administrativen Agenden- Überwachung und Pflege des Projektplanes sowie Abstimmung und Koordination mit den Montageleitern- Monitoring und Aktualisierung des Kostenforecasts inkl. entsprechendem Reporting- Schnittstelle zwischen technischem Einkauf und operativer Abwicklung- Angebots
- und Auftragsabwicklung nach Übergabe vom Verkauf an Operations- Sicherstellung der vorgelagerten Prozesse und Abläufe (Monitoring des Meilensteinplanes)- Koordination der Materiallieferungen und Feedback bei Rückfragen- Dokumentation der Sub
- und Lieferantenqualität inkl. Reporting und Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Ressource Management

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung (FH/HTL), idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung- Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse wären Ihr zusätzliches Plus- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil- Technisches Verständnis und Interesse erforderlich- Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsanspruch- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie Zeitmanagement mit eigenständiger, analytischer und genauer Arbeitsweise- Fachbereichsübergreifendes Denken mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.398,29 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 38,5h).
