**About the role**:
At **Cropster**, we are building market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to empower businesses throughout the coffee supply chain. Thousands of customers all over the world from farm to cup use our software products to make better coffee.

As an **Inside Sales Manager for Cropster Roast or Cropster Cafe**, you are the product expert, onboarding partner, and deal closer for our potential customers. Receiving inbound orders from various channels, your goal is to successfully onboard them to our platform, turn them into customers and properly hand these over to the Customer Success Team to ensure outstanding support and a long-term relationship. You will take ownership of your work and be able to work independently on defined schedules and agreed-upon goals with little supervision. You will be part of our Global Sales Team and work with various departments within Cropster.

The preferred locations for this role are **Innsbruck or Vienna **but we are open to discussing **remote** setups too.

**What you'll do**:

- Performing discovery calls and product demos and explaining product benefits as well as workflows in an understandable and digestible manner.
- Customer onboarding & training, including setting up the account in our system, and identifying the needs and requirements for specific onboarding.
- Document all customer transactions in the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times by listening to customers’ needs and educating them about product features and benefits.
- Communicating efficiently and effectively with other team members for multi-product setup.
- Follow up with and nurture your assigned pipeline to stay on top of potential customers and avoid any discontinuation from their end.
- Handling objections and using collected feedback to inform product and marketing.
- Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends to identify new business opportunities and respond to competitors' activity.
- Working against performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting numbers frequently to the Global Sales Lead.
- Working cross-functionally with various departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Customer Success and Marketing.
- Representing Cropster at global events together with the Outbound Team (max 5% travel time).

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Good organizational skills to handle several setups & trials effectively.
- Strong communication skills to lead the potential customer through the process and involve and update all internal stakeholders.
- An open communication style and appreciation of direct & timely feedback.
- Prioritization skills to structure work days by the overall goals and strategy.
- Highly professional presentation expertise as well as written and spoken communication skills in English to be speaking in a professional business environment.
- Persistency and continuous pursuit of the pipeline as a motivating challenge to achieve your goals.
- Ability to deliver product demos and explain product benefits and complex workflows in an understandable and digestible manner.
- A “Closing the deal” mentality to move trials into customers.
- Comfortability working in a fast-changing environment and seeing uncertainty as an opportunity rather than a threat.
- Willingness to travel to Trade Shows / Workshops and represent Cropster to a large audience (up to 5%).

**What you can expect**:
