**YOUR TASKS**
- MONTHLY PAYROLL... independent processing of payroll including all preparation activities for the Kematen/Ybbs location
- PROCESSING... of entries and exits including correct final accounting
- RESPONSIBILITY... for the processing/settlement of parental leave, partial retirement, sabbaticals and flexible working time models
- YEAR-END CLOSING WORK... off-site accounting, collective agreement coverage audits
- CONTACT PERSON... in labour law, wage tax and social security matters
- CONTACT PERSON... for personnel-related authorities (ÖGK, tax office, municipality)
- PREPARATION... of provisions
- SUPPORT... of time management and SAP projects
- COOPERATION... on general HR topics (company agreements, guidelines and the like)

**YOUR PROFILE**
- completed commercial training
- successfully completed personnel accounting examination including labour law portion
- several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- experience with the collective agreement for the metal industry is an advantage
- experience with SAP or comparable accounting systems desirable
- good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- proactive, structured way of working and goal orientation
- independent, RELIABLE, loyal and team-oriented personality with a high trust factor
- English language skills advantageous
- very good German language skills

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 3.093,91 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and experience also more.
