Unser Auftraggeber ist **Markt
- **und** Technologieführer** in der **Fahrzeugbau-Branche** und steht für Qualität, Service und Zuverlässigkeit. Für die österreichische Vertriebszentrale mit Sitz in **Salzburg** wird ein **Spezialist Customer Service& Social Media** (m/w) gesucht.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
+ telefonische Kundenbetreuung
+ Angebotserstellung
+ Auftragsbearbeitung
+ Bearbeitung von Anfragen
+ Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und des Außendienst-Teams
+ Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, etc.)
**Ihre Qualifikation**:
+ kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung
+ Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, z.B. im Vertriebsinnendienst
+ Social Media Erfahrung
+ gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
+ MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
+ SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Unser Klient bietet Ihnen eine attraktive und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe sowie leistungsorientierte Bezahlung. Das gratis Mittagessen für die MitarbeiterInnen wird von der Betriebskantine zubereitet. Für diese Position gilt der jeweils gesetzliche KV-Bezug mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.
