**IN A NUTSHELL**

As Motorsports Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in steering and managing the development and production of moving image content within the realm of Motorsports, spanning the entire project lifecycle from inception to final delivery. This includes a wide array of formats, from hero content for social platforms to developing in-depth series and dynamic event coverage for global audiences. Your mission will be to craft formats that resonate with our audience and align with programming objectives, while also pushing the boundaries of content innovation to enhance brand recognition. Your focus will be on projects that spotlight the exhilarating world of Motorsports events and the diverse array of racing disciplines with the goal to actively engage new audiences, while continuing to grow reach among the motorsports endemic audience.

**INNOVATIVE MOTORSPORTS CONTENT**

You'll be at the forefront of creating dynamic and authentic content, driven by a consumer-centric approach to captivate fresh audiences. Your content on managed channels will aim to spark algorithmic interest, boosting impressions, and ultimately driving up viewership and watch time. Across owned channels, your creations will align seamlessly with the network's communication and programming strategies. Collaborating closely with the Executive Producer, you'll craft content that not only resonates with the audience but also fulfills the network's strategic objectives. Throughout, you'll infuse your productions with clear and credible brand attribution, ensuring a compelling editorial experience.

**TEAMWORK**

You’ll drive the development of great ambition and differentiated moving images content in the Headquarter. And in the spirit of innovation, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Motorsports Network team, as well as other departments like Global Channels and the Development Team, to explore fresh content ideas that align with the ambitious vision of Motorsports and Media Network. Alongside Motorsports Network Programming and Owned Channel Programming you'll identify and create the optimal content for Social Media, Red Bull TV, partners of Red Bull TV, linear and FAST channels.

**RED BULL COUNTRY NETWORK**

Another part of the role will be to identify the best content opportunities and make it appealing to a wider, global audience. You’ll work in partnership with countries to up-level knowledge and skills of our local teams through regular coaching and sharing of Motorsport content best practices. In addition, you’ll offer and organise trainings to update and up-level content generation and communication with and between the countries. You’ll create and share guidelines for series and formats which countries can contribute to.

**Qualifications**:
5+ years experience as a producer ideating and creating content for various formats, from short to mid to long form.

Passion for motorsports topics & expert in understanding where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to create content that engages them according to their consumption behaviour.

Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.

Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery

Highly creative, excellent presentation skills, Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Team-player and self-starter mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
