**Summary**:
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, develop, lead, and represent an effective, agile, high performing global Project and Portfolio Excellence Operations team.
- Provide stewardship for Development partners and key stakeholders while promoting the group’s mission and expertise.
- Represent the team at selective events as expertise lead.
- Oversee team resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted, timely, and compliant business partnering support.
- Manage the external costs for assigned drug development projects incl.: cost forecasting, tracking, rephasing, and reporting.
- Translate the TRD development project plan into work packages and support up-to-date and realistic development project planning and realistic forecasting.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in all relevant planning processes, templates and tools and actively contribute to the development of resource planning process governance, standards, and best practices.
- Act as coach/mentor for senior team members while creating job awareness among potential talent populations.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Master of Science in Pharma or Life Science
- English: fluent spoken & written
- Project Management Certification is an asset.
- 10+ years of practical experience in chemical / pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent knowledge about drug development process & resource management methodology
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven resilience to work under tight timelines
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Track record of working in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- German Language
- Business Degree level

Level 5: In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €73,112.90 /year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
