- Support the successful setup and execution of cross-functional and highly complex international projects as well as major transformation programs with senior management attention in scope, time, budget and quality.
- Support projects or lead smaller projects/ workpackages independently.
- Manage communication, project progress reporting as well as decision processes.
- Consult Business Units on successful project delivery.
- Contribute to implement strategy into operations.
- Support the strive for excellence by identifying and implementing innovative improvement ideas throughout all Business areas and supporting Corporate Functions.
- Contribute to manage change and transformation.
**Your profile**
- Master's degree in business administration, project management or technical disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, especially in (international) project teams and experience in leading defined tasks independently.
- First knowledge and experience in the fields of transformation, change management and process management.
- Project Management experience incl. know-how on classic as well as agile methods.
- Distinct ability to work & decide independently.
- Proven IT user skills (especially: SAP, MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent English.
