Erste Social Finance Holding is a joint venture of ERSTE Foundation and Erste Group Bank AG with two fields of activity.
It is a competence center for financial literacy and a social finance investor & intermediary in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
It operates the Erste Financial Life Park (FLiP) a facility for innovative financial education, promoting know-how in money matters and helping people acquire the skills it takes to manage their personal financial affairs responsibly and independently.

As a social finance investor, it is investing in social & green businesses and is developing and launching innovative social finance instruments.

**Your Tasks**:

- Developing sales strategy for impact investment products (i.e. quasi-equity) in close cooperation with team and senior management
- Defining distribution strategy in the target region and propose updates to the investment strategy and process
- Building-up and mainting of deal pipeline with social and / or green impact organizations or social infrastructure projects incl. statistics
- Analyzing potential target investments and lead deal review and due diligence process (incl. review of impact measurement and management model)
- Build sales and partner network to secure access to deal flow
- Run monitoring, if required restructuring, and reporting processes with existing portfolio of investments (incl. regular client calls)

**Your Background**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in investment management, ideally with a venture capital or private equity fund
- Preferred: Knowledge of and high affinity for current trends and developments in the impact investing scene, with a focus on social businesses and innovative social finance instruments
- Analytical, structural thinking combined with good organization skills and multitasking
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders, partners in multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English, CEE languages and German are an advantage
