**Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Verantwortung der kanalübergreifenden Umsetzung und Gestaltung des täglichen Social-Media-Contents
- Betreuung aller relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen
- Das Verfassen von zielgruppenorientierten Texten
- Das Verfassen unternehmensbezogene sowie produktbezogene Texte, die unterhalten und gleichzeitig einen hohen Informationsgehalt aufweisen.
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Formate
- Scouting und Analyse von aktuellen Social Media Trends
- Bearbeitung von Bild
- und Videomaterial

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Social Media Manager ist hilfreich, aber nicht erforderlich
- Hohe Affinität zu Sozialen Medien wie Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
- Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
- Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Online-Marketing, Coaching, Beratung etc. sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig.
