**Postdoc Position (f*m)**

**_ in the Transfer Group_**

(full-time, 40h per week)

The position is initially available for a duration of two years with the possibility of an extension, from April 1st, 2023 onwards. Place of employment is Linz. The working languages are English and German.

The hired person will work on the development and implementation of numerical algorithms for Adaptive Optics Systems for Extremely Large Telescopes.

**Your profile**:

- PhD in Applied Mathematics.
- Strong background in numerical mathematics.
- Experience in HPC and parallel computing.
- English skills needed.
