Brand Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
**DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS**:
- Lead Funktion und Projektmanagement bei der Kreation und Umsetzung von zentralen Brand-Projekten mit internen und externen Teams, wie zB Entwicklung
- und Kommunikationsplanung für unsere Familienthemen inkl. Falky Kindermarketing, Employer Branding Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit dem HR Team, Inhouse Cross-Selling und Up-Selling, etc.
- Ideenfindung, Planung, Aussteuerung und Reporting von cross-medialen Brand Kampagnen
- Kreation von Packages, Events und Kooperationen für definierte Themenbereiche/Kampagnen incl. Projektmanagement vom Ideenprozess bis zur Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit weiteren cross-funktionalen Kolleg_innen
- Budgetplanung, Reporting, Erfolgskontrolle und Monitoring der relevanten KPI‘s
- Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen sowie internen Schnittstellen (insbesondere Online Marketing, PR, Social Media, Reservierung, Sales, Hotels)
- Organisation und Planung von Fotoshootings sowie Video Produktionen + Betreuung vor Ort
**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:
- ca. 2 Jahre Marketing Erfahrung, bevorzugt in der Tourismusbranche
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit andere für seine Projekte zu begeistern
- Spaß am Organisieren und Planen von Projekten
- Strategische Denkweise und strukturierter Arbeitsstil sowie die Fähigkeit klare Prioritäten zu setzen
- Kreativität und Innovationsgeist
- Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von Cross-Medialen Kampagnen und Konzepten
- Expertise im Umgang mit Agenturen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Positive "can do" Einstellung
- Führerschein Klasse B und Reiseleidenschaft
