**Our business**
**Your role**:
- You manage and leads M&A Upstream projects throughout the process from preparation until Closing by defining deliverables for project workstreams
- You advise internal stakeholders on complex finance, tax and commercial matters and assures proper reflection in the valuation and/or legal transaction documents
- You support the line manager in all M&A activities related to Exploration & Production within OMV Group
- You prepare De-investment analysis for OMV Group, presenting the cost/benefit scenarios for the SVP for M&A (for OMV Board) enabling them to make decisions in this regard.
- You identify financial issues & initiate solutions with Finance Management & with Group Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Tax etc.
- You support in selection of Big4 Finance / Tax Advisors and Investment Banks and negotiation of advisory fees.
- You support in negotiation of commercial matters in Share-/ and Asset Purchase Agreements.
**Your profile**:
- You have a Master Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- You provide unique combination of excellent knowledge in M&A, corporate finance, tax, IFRS, accounting
- You have experience in managing complex projects with strategic awareness and capability to solve complex issues in parallel for various stakeholders and to think several steps ahead
- You have the ability to simplify complex situations and translate financial information in a comprehensive way to stakeholders (e.g. Business, interfaces in Group)
- You have very high individual responsibility in generation and validation of sensitive corporate figures
- You have very high stress tolerance, conflict management ability and load capacity
- You have very high individual responsibility and independence in collaborating with Business Segment and other stakeholders
- You have very high accuracy in providing correct information and figures
- You have excellent English skills
