**Your daily tasks will include**

️ taking over responsibility of the conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment

️ being the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level

️ leading our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects

️ asking the right questions to the right people, offer alternatives in case of professional or technical obstacles and proactively demand clear decisions

️ ensuring that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget

️ taking part in our pre-sales processes

️ developing and growing the business together with our customer by being a trusted advisor

**These skills will make you succeed in this role**

**️** relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams

**️** analytical thinking, questioning circumstances and understanding the need of your stakeholders

**️** proactive attitude and a high degree of self-initiative

**️** being interested and up-to-date regarding technical innovations

**️** very good moderation and presentation skills

**️** ideally knowledge of hands-on software development - knowledge of IT software architecture and IT infrastructure is an advantage

**️** fluency in English and German
